Nicole Fusco's Leadership Philosophy

My leadership philosophy incorporates many of the points we have learned throughout the semester. It is important to not only be the enforcer, but also the motivator for your team. If people look up to you, leading those people becomes much easier. Trying to force people to agree with you and follow your direction is much more difficult if they do not respect you. This along with many other points are key to being a successful and strong leader.
