Our big idea for our Leadership Impact Project is to raise funds for our charity by holding a dance party in the SAC for students and faculty.

Our challenge is to get students involved in the dance party and get them to donate money to our great cause.

In the SAC we will have DJs such as N!ko, Neeral, and Casey Jones to play some sweet jams to get the students excited to participate in dancing and donating.

We will be turning the music down or off every 2-3 minutes, in order for the music to come back on, five volunteers have to donate one dollar to the cause.  In addition to this, students and teachers will be able to “vote” for the best DJ by putting money into jars. The DJ with the most “votes” (most amount of money) will be declared as the winner.

Our leadership project will benefit both the GBN community and the non-profit organization, To Write Love On Her Arms.  It will bring the Spartan society together for a fantastic cause.

To reach success, we will raise $100.  We will have an awesome turnout of students, that are willing to donate money and are excited abut the cause and the event.

We will hold our “rager” April 26, in the

sac during all lunch MODS.

We will ask local DJ’s to perform for free.

We will spread word of the fundraiser through advertisements and announcements to maximize student participation and awareness.

In addition to the music, we will have a bake sale to raise money.
